The team’s barely come up for air lately. (We kid. Work-life balance is alive and well at Sirvoy.) But we’ve had a busy couple of quarters, and tons of what we shipped came straight from your feedback.
What we’re covering today is only half the story, though. There’s a whole layer of behind-the-scenes work, plus a few projects we’re keeping under wraps.
For now, here’s what’s new from Q1 and Q2 2026 and a peek at what’s next.
Improved group bookings
Bookings that travel together come through all the time, so we reworked group bookings to make them easier to manage:
- The booking selector now opens in its own pop-up instead of cramming into the page, which gives you the room you need to work.
- Each booking in the group gets a bigger, color-coded tag that shows its invoicing status at a glance.
- Those tags now hold their spot as you move from one booking to the next, so you always know which one you’re on.
Add it all up, and keeping group bookings organized is a breeze.
Clearer pricing
Good pricing decisions start with seeing what’s going on, so we made more data available at a glance on the Rates page. Prices there already compare to your base price by color: green for higher, red for lower, gray when they match. But here’s what’s new:
- Up and down arrows show how a price change compares to the base price, so the meaning is clear even if you don’t easily distinguish colors.
- A source icon shows where each price comes from: a price list, a manual change, or a temporary price.
- Occupancy front and center. The exact percentage now sits next to the occupancy bar instead of only showing on hover, so it’s quicker to read and easier to compare across room types.
- An Icon guide button explains every color and icon.
- Smoother comparisons. We ironed out a few edge cases that made price comparisons confusing.
We also gave the charts on your statistics page a fresh coat of paint. The new guest-nationalities map is a favorite of ours, an easy way to see where in the world your guests are traveling from.
Stronger channel connections
Your channel connections are doing serious work every hour of every day, and in these quarters, we made them even steadier.
Top of the list: we rebuilt our Google Hotel Ads connection from the ground up, moving it onto a newer, more dependable integration with Google. It keeps your property’s rates and availability accurate and visible on Google, and sets us up to build more here later.
To switch over safely, we’re running both systems at once during the migration, so there’s no downtime for you. A lot is happening beneath the surface, but you shouldn’t notice a thing.
A few more channel wins:
- You asked for a higher multi-property limit, so we raised it from 20 to 30. A lot of you are managing more properties than ever, and it’s our job to keep up.
- Airbnb now supports multiple property connections (MPC). Each MPC lets you link another Airbnb account to your one Sirvoy account.
- The Agoda connection can now handle occupancy-based pricing, so you can charge per person like you already can on other channels.
- We fixed how Agoda virtual card balances show up, so the amount you can charge matches what’s on screen. (Less head-scratching for whoever charges the virtual cards.)
And this one is simply a thank-you. A client took the time to show us how our iCal syncing could work better, and they were right. The payoff is mostly on our end, which is exactly why it stuck with us: thank you for looking out for us, and we hope we look out for you just as well.
Security you can count on
Account security matters more than ever. Bad actors are now leaning on AI to sharpen their attacks and make phishing harder to spot, and it’s a race we’re set on staying ahead of.
A few new ways we’re keeping your account safe:
- Two-factor authentication and passkeys, both set up from your user profile.
- Extra checks at sensitive moments, where Sirvoy quietly confirms it’s really you before anything important goes through.
- New-location alerts. If someone signs in from somewhere your account hasn’t been before, we’ll email you the details right away, so you can step in fast if it wasn’t you.
If you only have a minute, spend it turning on passkeys. You sign in with your face, fingerprint, or device PIN, so there’s no password left for anyone to steal or trick out of you. Add a passkey to your account, and you’re set.
Other wins
A few smaller updates worth a mention:
- We reorganized your web tools so your booking engines, guest portal, and website builder now sit together in one place, making room for all the new features on the way.
- You can now export your account statement, which many of you have asked for.
- If you’re in Belgium, you can now send eInvoices through Peppol.
- Agoda bookings now show children in the guest notes.
Coming soon
Booking Engine 4.0
Our booking engine is getting a top-to-bottom rebuild, and it’s a big one.
We’re rolling it out in stages. It starts with the core room-booking flow for a first group of users, with extras and more customization arriving step by step after that.
Everyone in the early group gets an in-product road map showing what’s live, what’s coming next, and what’s further out, so there are no surprises about where things stand. The first users come on board in August. For the full story, read our deeper dive on Booking Engine 4.
Point of Sale
Our biggest project right now is a proper Point of Sale system, built from the ground up to work inside Sirvoy. We’re not ready to open it up to the public just yet, but it’s coming along nicely, and beta for Swedish users isn’t far off.
The part we’re proudest of is how we’re building it: with real users, in hands-on sessions, and tested in working restaurants. We want it to match how restaurants actually run day to day. Our product owner on the job, Sofia, is practically a restaurateur at this point.
We’ll keep you in the loop, and there’s plenty more to share soon. In the meantime, here’s more on where the POS is headed.
A fresh take on the Calendar
The Calendar is one of the most-used pages in all of Sirvoy, and where a lot of you spend most of your day. So we’ve started work on a full redesign.
We don’t have designs or a release date to share just yet. But a page this central should be built around how you actually use it, so don’t be surprised if we ask for your input along the way.
Also on the way
- Custom domains. Soon you’ll be able to point your own domain at your Sirvoy site, instead of using a sirvoy.me or stay.at address. We’d love a few early testers, so reach out to Sirvoy support to join the beta.
- Custom payment methods. Switch off the ones you never use, and add your own with a name and icon that fits how you work.
That’s it for now, but we’re just getting started. Your feedback shapes what we build next, so thank you, and please keep it coming. We’ll see you at the next update with plenty more.
