Do you take commission on bookings?

No, Sirvoy doesn’t take any commission. The price you see is the price you pay unless you use additional 3rd party services like Google Hotel Ads or SMS.

No, Sirvoy’s free trial does not require payment details. You can explore all our features with no obligation to continue afterwards. 

Can I create a website with Sirvoy?

Yes. Using Sirvoy’s website builder, you can quickly design a simple website tailored to your property (available with Pro only).

Does Sirvoy offer a demo?

How can I import my existing bookings into Sirvoy?

You can import existing bookings using a CSV file or manually add bookings through the ‘New booking’ page.

Are there any extra costs for set up?

No, getting started is free and our Support team will be on hand to help guide you through the process. 

How long does it take to get set up and running and connected to channels?

If you have no bookings to import, and depending on how large your business is, you can be set up in anything from a few minutes to a few hours. If you want to connect to channels, it may take slightly longer. In our experience, it can take anything from 3 hours to 3 days depending on how quickly the channels respond. 

Can I embed Sirvoy’s booking engine on my website?

Yes, Sirvoy provides a booking engine that can be embedded on your website, including WordPress and Shopify.

Can I create multiple booking engines with Sirvoy?

No, but it supports in-person payments through Stripe Terminal and allows extra charges to be added to guest bookings. For full POS functionality, a separate EPOS system would be needed.

Yes, Sirvoy allows you to block certain guests, preventing them from making future bookings. OTA bookings will be flagged if a blocked guest books through a third-party channel. 

How Can I Schedule and Track Housekeeping Tasks in Sirvoy?

Sirvoy allows you to schedule and track housekeeping tasks, such as room cleaning, sheet changes and daily maintenance. Staff can mark tasks as completed ensuring real-time updates on room readiness.

What is Sirvoy Vault?

The Sirvoy Vault is a secure feature in the Sirvoy Pro plan, designed to safely store guests’ credit card details for manual payment processing and as a backup for channel bookings.

Are there maintenance or hidden fees with Sirvoy?

No, Sirvoy offers transparent pricing with no hidden fees or commission costs. All costs are outlined clearly during subscription.

How does billing work?

Simply top up your account and your monthly fees will be deducted from your balance.

Which version of Sirvoy will I need?

The version depends on your property’s size and/or needs. Sirvoy Starter is a powerful hospitality management system that will help you keep track of your daily operations. But if you need additional functionality like channel connections, multiple booking engines and to store credit card information, you’ll need Pro.
