Released

  • New featureWebsite Builder

Use your own domain on your Sirvoy website

Connect a domain you already own to your Sirvoy website, so guests see your name from the first visit through to booking.

    • Use your own domain instead of a sirvoy.me or stay.at address
    • Keep your booking engine on the same domain
    • Sirvoy handles the security certificate after setup

Guests arriving from a search result or shared link can stay on a domain they recognize. If you'd rather not handle the DNS settings yourself, our support team can help you through the setup.

  • New featureAccount & security

More secure sign-in with passkeys and authenticator apps

Choose faster, more secure ways to sign in to Sirvoy, all managed from your user profile.

    • Sign in with your face, fingerprint or device PIN using a passkey
    • Use codes from an authenticator app instead of waiting for an SMS
    • Get an email alert when your account is used from a new location

Passkeys help protect against phishing because there's no password for someone to steal. If you prefer using a code, an authenticator app gives you another option without relying on SMS.

  • New integrationChannel Manager

    Updated Google Hotel Ads integration

We've updated our Google Hotel Ads connection to help keep your rates and availability accurate where travelers search.

    • Built on Google's current API
    • Both systems ran side by side, so there was no downtime
    • Creates a stronger foundation for future Google improvements

Most of the work happened behind the scenes. For your property, the main benefit is a more dependable connection that can keep up with Google's current requirements.

  • ImprovementFront Desk

    Manage group bookings more easily

Move between related bookings more easily and see important invoicing details without leaving the booking you're working on.

    • Open the group booking selector in a larger window
    • See invoicing status with a clearer, color-coded tag
    • Keep group tags in place as you move between bookings

That means less clicking when you're working through a group reservation and a clearer view of what has already been invoiced.

  • ImprovementFront Desk

    A clearer Rates page

See more of what affects each price at a glance, without relying on color or hovering for extra information.

    • See whether a price has gone up or down with clear arrows
    • Check whether a price comes from a rate list or a manual change
    • See the exact occupancy percentage beside the occupancy bar

An icon guide explains the colors and symbols used on the page, making rates easier to read for more users.

  • CompliancePayments

    Peppol eInvoicing for Belgian properties

Send structured eInvoices through the Peppol network directly from Sirvoy.

    • Send eInvoices without switching to another tool
    • Reuse invoice information already in Sirvoy
    • Built to support Belgium's structured B2B eInvoicing rules

For Belgian properties, this keeps more of the invoicing process in one place and reduces work that would otherwise need to happen elsewhere.

  • ImprovementStatistics

Clearer charts and a guest nationality map

The Statistics page now has updated charts and a map that helps you see where your guests come from.

    • Keep charts readable on smaller screens
    • View guest nationalities on a map
    • Compare the same figures across room types more easily

The numbers you rely on haven't changed. We've made them easier to read and compare.

  • New featureChannel Manager

Connect several properties to one channel account

Multiple property connection (MPC) lets you connect several properties to one channel account for Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Airbnb, all from a single Sirvoy account.

    • Manage more than one property without juggling separate setups
    • Give each property a custom name that shows on every booking
    • See connection status, mapped room types and available MPC slots on the Channels page

Setting up a connection now includes a step for the channel's property ID and a custom property name, with clearer instructions for mapping room types. You can rename properties directly from the mapping page.

Upcoming

  • In development means active work is underway.
  • Exploring means we're still working through the best approach and the scope may change.
  • Q4 2026In development

    New featureBooking Engine

Booking Engine 4: a clearer booking journey

We're rebuilding the booking engine in stages to make the booking journey clearer for guests and easier to follow.

    • Separate room selection and extras into clearer steps
    • Show progress and a running summary of the stay
    • Keep your current booking engine until you choose to switch

We'll start with the core room-booking flow for a small group of properties, followed by extras, the availability calendar and customization. Your current booking engine will keep working alongside the new version, and you won't be moved automatically.

    ImprovementFront Desk

A redesigned Calendar for everyday front desk work

We're redesigning the Calendar around the tasks front desk teams repeat throughout the day.

    • Save views so you don't need to reset the same filters
    • Create, move and change booking dates without leaving the grid
    • See limited extras and how many are still available each day

The aim is to make common desk work feel easier without taking away the overview users already rely on. We'd rather get this one right than fast, so expect us to ask for your input as it takes shape.

  • Q4 2026In development

    New featurePayments

    Custom payment methods

Choose which payment methods appear at your property and add your own options to match the way your team works.

    • Hide payment methods you don't use
    • Add your own payment methods with a custom name and icon
    • Keep the payment list shorter and easier to scan

It's a small change with a practical goal: less scrolling and fewer irrelevant choices when someone records a payment.

  • Q4 2026Exploring

    ComplianceReporting

    Guest reporting to Tillväxtverket (Sweden)

We're exploring automatic guest reporting to Tillväxtverket and a new report for camping sites.

    • Report to Tillväxtverket automatically instead of by hand
    • Use a new report built for camping sites
    • Reduce manual spreadsheet work at the end of the month

This is still in the scoping stage. We're working through which figures need to be entered exactly and which can be calculated safely from the information already in Sirvoy.

  • Q1 2027In development

    New featurePoint of Sale

Sirvoy POS for restaurant and bar sales

Our own point of sale, on its own register screen, so food, drink and shop sales land on the guest's booking.

    • Charge restaurant, café, bar and shop sales to the guest's room or booking
    • Sign in with the same Sirvoy account your team already uses
    • Give the guest one bill at checkout, covering the room and everything added to it

It runs on its own register screen rather than inside the Sirvoy admin you use today, but on the same account and the same guest data. A controlled beta starts with a small group of Swedish properties this autumn. Sweden comes first because of the country's cash register rules, and we expect to stay Sweden-only for a while after that.

    ImprovementStatistics

Statistics with clearer trends and revenue breakdowns

We're extending Statistics so you can compare periods, export reports and get a clearer picture of where your revenue comes from.

    • Compare one period with the previous one
    • Export reports as CSV or PDF
    • View revenue with or without VAT, plus breakdowns by extra and booking source

The goal is to answer common business questions without cross-checking several views by hand, so trends and revenue sources are easier to understand and act on.
