You can add CC details received by phone or by the front desk manually in the created booking. There are two ways to store them:
Using Stripe
If you are using the Stripe payment solution and make a booking by the front desk you can, after the booking has been made, add CC details on the booking details page under “CHARGE CARD -> ADD NEW CARD”.
Using Sirvoy Vault
The function “Sirvoy Vault” lets you store, but not charge, the credit card details for later. When used for the booking engine, the front desk can add CC details directly when creating the booking. If activated but not used for the booking engine, CC details can be added after the booking has been created. Add the CC details on the booking details page under “Card details”.
