Receive notifications about new bookings through email or text (SMS).

  1. Go to Settings -> Booking engines -> Notification on new bookings
  2. Add email addresses and/or phone numbers to receive notifications.
  3. Click “Save.”

Email Notifications

  • Works for all bookings, no matter where they come from: website booking engines, booking channels, or front desk.

Text (SMS) Notifications

  • Works for bookings from website booking engines.
  • Each SMS incurs a small cost visible in the “Notifications on New Bookings” help text.
  • Don’t use dashes or spaces in phone numbers.
