Sirvoy will always send a confirmation email to the guest, if a valid email has been entered. The default template will be used unless you choose to customize it by creating your own template. Templates can also be created for cancellation emails.
- Go to Settings -> Languages & texts -> Email templates and click “Add new template”.
- Enter a name for the new template, for example “Booking confirmation”.
- In the drop-down called “Send automatically”, select “Use as booking confirmation”.
- Enter the text and the placeholders you want to include in the message.
