GDPR requires you, as the data controller, to store data only as long as it is legitimately needed. To help you comply effortlessly, we automatically delete Stripe’s tokenized credit card details from Sirvoy 30 days after checkout.
If a credit card is added after checkout, the information will be removed 30 days after it was added.
You can also opt-in to have credit card details automatically deleted from Stripe.
- Go to Settings -> Financials -> Card payments.
- Select Stripe as a provider.
- Under “Delete cards 30 days after checkout:” select “Delete in Sirvoy and Stripe”.
