Before You Go
Discover and select the right payment methods for you and your clients by reading Stripe’s guide.
Note:
- If additional payment methods are enabled with Stripe, credit card details will not be saved in Sirvoy. So the credit card can’t be charged later for additional payments.
- Sirvoy supports one active currency at a time, making it incompatible with Stripe’s “Adaptive Pricing” feature. Ensure “Adaptive Pricing” is disabled in your Stripe Dashboard.
We recommend only enabling additional payment methods in Stripe if:
- You also require full prepayment at booking.
- Or don’t intend to charge the credit card in Sirvoy through Stripe again.
However, Credit card details received from sales channels will be saved and available for future charges, even if additional payment methods are enabled.
