When connecting to a booking channel through Sirvoy, you will no longer be able to receive the credit card information from the channel. Instead, Sirvoy can send these details to you via fax. (Or alternatively you can receive card details using the payment solution Stripe, see related articles.)

We will be happy to set this up for you, if you send us your fax number to support@sirvoy.com or through the live chat. Those faxes are sent at no cost if you are using the Pro version.

Credit card details will be sent in batches, every six hours. If you do not have a regular fax machine, e-fax solutions are available (for example efax.com and xoip.com) that allow you to receive fax messages by email.
