Agoda Incorrect Rate Outage – Resolved
The Agoda Incorrect Rate outage has now been resolved. If you have received any bookings during the outage then they should be added automatically over the coming 24h.
As explained to you by Agoda, during this time, partners may have retrieved bookings where the 1st night was not included in both the nightly price breakdown and total amount. This may have resulted in internal rate discrepancies.
As the bookings was already sent, you need to change the price manually in the booking.
