We have been informed by Booking.com that they have placed a reservation hold on all providers as they are experiencing company wide issues. They hope to fix these issues as soon as possible but they are currently unresolved. This will affect the bookings you receive from Booking.com until further notice.
If you have received bookings from Booking.com that currently aren’t showing in Sirvoy please email us to let us know and include your username in the email. In the meantime we will update this blog with updates and further information as we receive it.
Update: Booking.com has now informed us that they have resolved the outage. The issues lasted from 12:40 am until 08:20 pm CEST. If you find that some bookings hasn’t been transferred from Booking.com to your Sirvoy account then contact our support team and they will add the missing bookings.
