Since Friday, bookings from Expedia have been sent by fax/email even though the booking was received correctly in Sirvoy. This error has now been resolved in Sirvoy, and it was not caused by the technical issues that Expedia has had this month, as we first suspected.
Any future changes/cancellations for these bookings will not be handled automatically, instead you will receive those by mail/fax directly from Expedia.
These bookings will then have to be modified manually in Sirvoy if necessary. For this purpose we have now made it possible to cancel bookings received from channels. We are sorry about the inconvenience.
