Expedia has had some technical issues that may have caused some of your bookings from Expedia to revert to fax/email delivery, rather than being automatically retrieved in Sirvoy. This issue may also have affected cancellations from Expedia.
Therefore it´s recommended that you check your Expedia Extranet login, and verify that all bookings & cancellations have been added in Sirvoy. If not, these bookings must be added manually. We are very sorry for the inconvenience but this error is on Expedia’s side and out of our control.
